Sheila Benton29 July 2026Excellent Locksmith, He arranged to come on Monday afternoon. Arrived on time, it was not the lock, as I thought, he made the adjustments and I was able to open and close the door easily. He did check the lock and found it needed a couple of new springs. When I looked at the old springs against the new ones you could see there was a lot of wear. Very professional I would highly recommend him.Posted on Google

Kirsty Sharp26 March 2026Jim was brilliant from start to finish, I had a blown window in the bedroom with dodgy hinges and wobbly handle that worried me everytime I opened it, I also needed a cat flap fitted into my back door. Jim came out and measured up, he gave me clear options and explained the price, I decided to go with replacing the bottom glass of the door with PVC, Jim gave me a quote the same day with very good, detailed and clear pricing. Jim gave me the date and time he could come, he arrived on time and carried out the work straight away. A very tidy man as well, you can tell Jim cares about his work, I am so pleased I can now see out of my bedroom window, no longer scared the window will fall out, and the cat is over the moon with her own door, she has been jumping in and out of it all afternoon. Thanks Jim I will recommend you to everyone I know. I wouldn't hesitate to use you again in the future.Posted on Google

Anna Farmer30 July 2024I've delayed leaving a review as I didn't believe that he could fix our pesky back door when others had failed. Before it would either latch or lock, not both for more than a week or so after being adjusted. Pleased to report after several months now it's still doing both! Would recommend his services.Posted on Facebook
